Employees are very cooperative and welcoming. However post the new HR Lead'er' (read leader in error) is completely unreasonable and making changes to policies at her whim without giving due considerations to employees.

Lack of transparency at Management and HR level. There is a 'show' of openness and such - but that is all 'hollow' statements - as are their commitments while joining
