4 hours notice termination. Company has restraint resources, and will terminate someone within 4 hours at their will without any considerations on employees. You are a dollar sign, nothing more. Company lies/false a lot on providing training, work-life balance during interview to lure their victim to sign the offer letter. Their offer letter will claim you to be working even on weekends and public holidays without any compensation. The offer letter will contradict most Industrial Relations / Labour Laws of Malaysia and they may deny that they ever send you that offer letter should you file a complaint.
