      Long hours and no clear roadmap since the industry is new. Has nothing to do with the company, the whole industry feels this. To be in this company means you are trying to make a change in the world!

      Very interesting work and a lot of new challenges to solve. The people are great and there is a pretty good management team.

      The tariffs have had a pretty big impact on us and the company has had to do some layoffs. I can't really fault the management though because it wasn't the type of shift that we could have predicted.
