Great product. Amazing investors/board of directors. Decent culture.

Simon Taylor, the CEO, came up with a great idea for a product and had the charisma to sell it to investors and potential customers. That's where he should have stopped. He has no idea what he is doing on scaling a business. He also has no ethics and will lie through his teeth to tell people and customers what they want to hear. He is a coward when it comes to tough conversations, so his lies are followed with dodging calls and texts. He has a pattern of missing his revenue forecasts and then finding scapegoats that he can fire to deflect the attention from his lack of leadership. He is almost out of sales and marketing leaders and ICs to sacrifice, so hopefully the board sees through that and replaces him with a seasoned CEO soon. Simon is way out of his league.

The internal systems and processes are still a work in progress, which can sometimes slow things down or create inefficiencies. As the company scales, there are definitely growing pains. It’s also a very self-directed environment, so it may not be the best fit for someone who needs a lot of structure or hand-holding.
