The people and talent really make this business what it is. Some of the best, brightest, and kindest in the industry.

All of the negatives of being a part of a "big" agency with little (or none) the benefits. The work. Tight timeframes, limited scope for agility, lack of long-term strategy, and inability to influence trajectory or organisational change. Being a specialist service as part of a larger conglomerate often ends up simply becoming a vendor, inheriting all of the risk with none of the reward.

-Parties every thursday or so (on the house)

-Hostile work environment; company management is rather rude and scornful. You get no appreciation for the work you do. You 'just' obey. -General attitude is being disrespectful towards each other. My guess it's an impact of the management attitude. -Staying long hours, sometimes people stay the whole weekends. Not worth it. -People overused and pressured day by day. This doesn't feel good. -Technologically handicapped environment. IT oriented company that utilises workflow techniques and methodology as seen in the late nineties. -Chaos and panic resides everywhere, any day. No consistency nor proper planning of the future projects. A big massive mess in which everyone stays late and stresses out. They say it's Agile. I say its an industrial factory. -Most of the projects are underestimated. People suffer from this. -I have seen at least one occurrence of person crying in the room because of all of above. -Chances of any kind of promotion are thin; they'd rather cut the costs instead.
