It is a great product. As a virtual world it was cutting edge when it originally came out. The updates have been interesting, especially when this product is primarily developed and marketed in Europe, for American consumption. Also, every employee is encouraged to become a part of the virtual world itself. The participation in the world is a very fun element of the job.

The management is poorly organized, poorly lead. There is not much in the form of constructive infrastructure to communicate from management down as well as from HQ (Finland) to the daughter offices (globally). By having poor communication, the entire company become reactive. Everyone is reacting to things as they find out about them. That made it a very nerve wracking environment.
