The people there are incredible. Wonderful sense of community. Very good fun. I've met life-long friends through Hack Club!

The organisation is mismanaged. It's extremely unclear who's working on what, and there's no proper structure or organisation. Managers are often time inexperienced and unable to provide timely and helpful feedback. Often times, people were working on the same things without knowing, and feedback and communication would take several hours if remote. This problem could be solved easily with better managers and feedback flows, so I'm sure this will be resolved.
