The parking situation for anyone that has worked at HMH for less than 30 years is downright atrocious! You are for forced to park at the FDU Campus (a 10 minute drive from the hospital itself), and wait for a shuttle that they say comes every 10-minutes but is much more sporadic than advertised. On the way back to your car after having worked an entire shift, you are then forced to wait outside in a queue of at least 10-15 people (potentially having to wait for the next van) just for another 20 minute ride (because the van stops at at least two lots) back to FDU. The alternative is finding spots on the surrounding streets which is a crapshoot depending on what time the shift starts. Doing this is at least a 5 minute walk back to the hospital.
