      The co-founders are a highly inexperience bunch in managing a team and running a company. They don't have any idea on how to prioritize things, get work done or focus on things. The idea is a rip off of several others like HackerRank but there is no professional growth.

As for our senior leadership and management, we are constantly trying to evaluate and improve.       There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

      There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
