No equity for software developers Bigger Concerns 1. CTO can be a tough man to work with. He shows a lot of favoritism in the company. He has no product sense and is very immature. He has a habit of belittling people. 2. In every town hall meeting, They sell people on big dreams and how the next year will be very turbulent and everybody has to work hard. A false pretense for a well-off company so they can get more productivity per person. They do not keep their money where their mouth is. No equity options for software developers or bonus. Heard few of them had a very vague bonus clause but management screwed them over during appraisals by not giving bonuses to anyone in that year.
