Having closely worked with the Sales and Product teams, while the former is constantly bettering their own targets every quarter, the product team is constantly looking at bringing out interesting features on both the Hackerearth platforms. 5. The top leadership team is a really hardworking one and this is where a lot of efforts have yielded positive results. Some of the Hackathon deals off late and a lot of top customers getting on-boarded for technical assessments is a testimony to that. 6. The advantage of HackerEarth is that it boasts of 2 highly robust platforms and constantly looking at innovation and trying out new features for the B2C developers. 7. no matter how busy the ceo or the cto is, they will always find time to review and repeat the process

1. Company still needs to slightly better at identifying top performers and be more vocal and appreciative about them. 2. Leadership in certain orgs in HackerEarth can definitely look towards an overhaul so that each employee gives out their best at work. Right now, this is missing.
