1. Due to a set startup culture, the work culture is mostly informal. This hampers the adoption of positive work culture. There must be some amount of professionalism.
2. No set processes or policies because of which adds a degree of uncertainty to the working atmosphere. Priorities are not clear. What you work on today, may not be a priority for the business tomorrow.
3. People are hired for skills and attitude is not given too much importance. This disrupts the working environment and creates a negative working atmosphere.
