Thanks for the response but I would appreciate if you can shed some more light on the feedback. Yes we do have ambitious targets laid out for every quarter but we also do believe that If we have a goal and a plan, and are willing to take risks and mistakes and work as a team, nothing is impossible. We're always working to improve, and will always be critiqued on our next performance. We believe there's always room to grow. Having said that , if you feel you have had a different experience wherein the work pressure is coming in the way of your performance , then I would love to discuss with you to fix things. I assure that your feedback will be acted upon and we will put our best efforts to fix anything that is going wrong
