I work with the Customer Success vertical at HackerEarth and we're so inspired by our leadership team, that operates with the true Customer Success fundamentals at the core. There is so much to learn and grow as a Customer Success professional. Though the organization is very young and is only a decade old, but the culture says otherwise, its very flat and inclusive. The work hours are also very flexible and the management is very transparent and receptive to feedback, genuinely!

The only downside I can think of, is the current slowdown in IT due to impending recession.

There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
