Long hours, very bad office politics, mandatory overtime, favoritism, always shorthanded crews so you're always doing extra work, they hire anybody so the people you work with aren't always the brightest, and it's a very "woke" culture so some people get away with doing whatever they want while others are constantly watched and called out for any little mistake.
