Platform has so much potential but company and managment is blind to changes in the market. They are oblivious to the importance of GPO’s and contracts and refuse to partner with customers. The only “pro” is technology but it’s impossible to be competitive and do what is needed to secure and grow current & new business due to management refusal to change from a “system/process” and “data” that is antiquated and outdated.
