Their tech is way too old and no one wants it anymore. The only way they can grow their sales with current products is to sell it cheaply to third world countries. Corporate functions of Finance, Legal and HR are stuck in the 1970s. Every time the Exec Committee meets, they walk away with a new plan and never finish what was started. They seem to shift gears monthly. Therefore there are too many projects and too many priorities and never enough money allocated to any of them done well. Then a lot of money is wasted on poorly managed and abandoned projects. It will be a long time before they start to make money again.
