Hagerty consistently maintains a progressive and supportive environment. They are consistently striving to identify gaps and improve wherever and however they can so they can become better each day. The idea of being receptive to feedback and having a growth mindset is something that is demonstrated by every level of leadership and is appreciated by all. This environment is something that all companies strive for but few attain, and Hagerty's prioritization of their employees is apparent.

The only negative would be that if you are resistant to change and do not want to be challenged, this environment would not be a good fit.

Working from home (away from HQ) has allowed us to maintain a really healthy work-life balance — better than what I've experienced at other organizations. The "We take care of each other" and "One Team Hagerty" values genuinely come through in the culture. I also appreciate that I can pitch ideas for improvements without worrying about someone else taking credit for them.

Nothing really needs improvement. Everything is working as expected and teams are happy
