Working from home (away from HQ) has allowed us to maintain a really healthy work-life balance — better than what I've experienced at other organizations. The "We take care of each other" and "One Team Hagerty" values genuinely come through in the culture. I also appreciate that I can pitch ideas for improvements without worrying about someone else taking credit for them.

Nothing really needs improvement. Everything is working as expected and teams are happy

-Decent Pay - Work life balance -Good managers depending on who you get

-Can be micromanaged on lunch time and time on phone(If you are late to your own lunch, it will mess with your metrics) -Back to back calls in summer and hot winters -No time to breathers after calls, especially in busy season
