Poor management. Prepare for gaslighting, condescension, dishonesty. It’s a “do as I say not as I do” environment. Management claims to have an open-door policy but they don’t want to hear from you. They cut hours and expect you to work harder which easily leads to an unsafe work environment. Do not expect any support. They definitely play favorites with who they chose to promote. There is no gratitude given. The moral is at an extreme low. People here are pushed to their breaking point. The work/life balance is unachievable. They expect you to drop everything and come to work if someone calls out sick. The person calling out is definitely given an attitude for doing so OR even told to come in anyway. Working here is not worth your mental and physical health. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
