A lot of people are over worked and burnt-out Some people and departments get way more flexibility than others -There is a lot of favouritism in this company Empty/ broken promises

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
