Fun but very low pay - Recensione dipendente - Tour Guide presso Hain Celestial

Terrible pay for what you provide. I worked in the tour center at the factory. Thousands of people come each year to take a tour which then ends in the gift shop. That one gift shop makes MILLIONS in profit each year, but that would not be possible if it were not for the tour guides attracting everyone there. (Most people did not even know there was a gift shop) So the employees deserve waaayy more money for the value they provide
