      Been with the company 10+ years, excellent growth potential. I started in customer service and have moved up a few positions since then. New management has really improved overall moral and communication. It is a friendly, family oriented environment with good camaraderie between colleagues.

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
