Company has been heading downhill for sometime, look at their stock and it would show the same. You have employees that have been here 15+ years that do nothing and don't want to change. Then on the other hand you have employees here for no longer than 3 years because they leave for better opportunities. There is no in between therefor nothing changes and the company takes centuries to get things done. For a company that continues to see a decrease in sales, upper management promoted themselves while putting a hold on hiring. Questioned one of the management team on why we do something when its wrong or not properly working, the answer was, thats how we do things...
