The biggest pro is going into a small business in your local area and seeing your marketing plan work! Websites, Digital marketing and local print Campaigns! I would say the biggest con would be the travel! I have some days I drive 2 hours to get to my first client! That's part of the job but the only con I can think of!

Flexibility and being able to schedule your own appointments. This office manager is not a micro manager and you work out of the office most of the time visiting customers at their place of employment or a local coffee shop.

The company is behind the curve in the products they offer. Chasing the market definitely hurts the sales potential. Many times the customers have already purchased from another vendor, for the digital products. Some prices are not in line with market rates. This company's procedures are so ridiculous they stifle the sales staff, costing them time and money. They are still using UPS to return files for corrections that could be handled by email or even just by a person with common sense, without returning the file at all. Sometimes they mail a file back because you didn't write the name of the company on page 2.
