Great BDR team, a lot of collaboration

I do not have any cons to share. However, quota could be difficult to reach without attending conferences. There are many opportunities to attend them though

Having the insight to see immediately this company was not going anywhere. First sign, CEO vaping and oozing nepotism during onboarding.

Zero direction or business planning acumen. Bloated departments across the org, especially leadership. More C suite titles than $B companies. C suite was a bunch of bros with zero accountability or KPIs. Single product with low ASP, no sales strategy, marketing messaging inconsistent & completely toxic culture riddles with HR violations going unchecked.
