There’s no time clock, so let the wage theft commence. Tells employees they can’t pay them better, yet tracks their hours with a paper schedule and dated software that might as well be an abacus. Only one HR department for over 3500 employees so good luck if you have a legitimate grievance (and you will). Company “encourages thinkers,” which is a small nugget of truth, except the company encourages them to leave, so chalk that one up in the BS file (overflowing). Environmental hypocrites, installed a POS system that generates a paper receipt for each time the drawer opens, even if there’s no transaction, happens hundreds of times a day, doesn’t offer to email receipt. Tosses way more books than recycles and lies about it.
