Little/no support for store-level management from district on up, Staff, particularly managers, are VERY overworked and incredibly underpaid, Benefits have been decreasing rapidly, If you are the management team you have little/no flexibility in scheduling, INCREDIBLY DISGUSTING incoming product (cat urine, mold, rat feces, blood), Cutting back on staffing size and increasing workload for high-grossing stores to carry other stores along, Very outdated hardware and software, Little/no training on most changes and updates but no problem citing someone for mistakes, Doesn't understand mitigating circumstances and will fire exemplary employees for being less than 10 minutes late 3 times within 6 months but will keep on employees that have clearly stated they are working the system or that are blatantly rude to customers
