      Have to work on all holidays except Christmas and Thanksgiving, no room for upward movement unless you are willing to relocate, customers often become aggressive when given low offers on books

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
