Great health insurance plans, scheduling is okay if you do it far enough in advance, and coworkers are awesome. Good discounts and the ability to check out merchandise.

The pay is mainly what drags this job down. We haven't gotten profit shares consistently, bringing morale way way down. Sometimes corporate sides with customers, another factor in morale.
