I loved my internship because I was really hands in the aspects of development. I was able to be trained and given insight by people who have been in the business longer than me.

I wish I was able to get my hands more on work pertaining to my degree in casting and not do so much research work. I also wish there was more collaboration with other interns.

It's a good thing to put on your resume. You may occasionally get an opportunity to go on a shoot, but only one intern is allowed on each shoot and if you're an intern, it's between you and the twenty other interns so your chances of going on a shoot are one in twenty.

Every intern just does logging and occasionally goes on runs. You just sit at your computer all day logging. No one looks from their computer or talks to you. And there are at least 6 other interns there everyday doing the exact same thing. I'm pretty sure they'll hire anyone regardless of if you're qualified.
