      I thought it was pretty cool working on AI technology developed to help people with disabilities.The people on my team were really smart and also very helpful when I had questions.

      The AI product I was working on is still in development and hasn't been released yet. The work hours required are longer since it's a startup.

      There are some really smart people at Halfcode. The company is LGBTQ-friendly and has a surprising amount of diversity. Working at a startup means a certain amount of uncertainty and a steep learning curve. They are working on complex artificial intelligence software with a social conscience. That is why most of us were there because you don't find that combination in a startup very often.

      Better communication between individuals working on the same team to make sure everyone is on the same page. The company is working on launching multiple projects quickly and they need to maintain their focus on making something great, not just fast.
