Management genuinely cares about employees and provides opportunities for professional growth. The team atmosphere is strong, and colleagues are always willing to help each other. While overall it's a fantastic workplace, there can sometimes be challenges with workload management during busy periods. Communication across departments sometimes needs improvement, but management is responsive to feedback.
