The Bait and Switch: I was hired to do a specific, specialized job, but the reality of the role looked entirely different. The vast majority of my time was eaten up by administrative tasks and rigid EOS overhead rather than the work I was brought on to do.
Severe Meeting Fatigue: Expect to spend 15+ hours every single week stuck in meetings. It is incredibly difficult to get actual, meaningful work done when your calendar is constantly blocked by corporate overhead.
Contradictory Management Style: Leadership suffers from a frustrating paradox: they will explicitly tell you that you are "in charge" of your domain, yet they will aggressively question and second-guess every single decision you make.
Burnout Culture & Zero Work-Life Balance: 50-hour workweeks are the baseline norm here. There is absolutely no mention or consideration of work-life balance. You are expected to just absorb an ever-growing, unrealistic to-do list at the expense of your personal time.
Lack of Human Empathy: Ultimately, management does not care about you as a human being. Employees are treated as output metrics rather than people.
