Training program. Respectful dispatch. Got my CDL from them. No forced dispatch, no touch freight. Excellent with getting home time. Great starter company to get your CDL and get started but as far as staying, got to the 6 month mark and left. If you’re an experienced driver I would 100% recommend this company.

PAY. Weekend dispatch. Oh and PAY (took the Halvor Gold training program). Made more money in training than OTR. Never late, always took loads, green score was great. “Mile bonus” is a joke! Doing the gold program you have to complete 120,000 miles or pay $10,000. It’s cheaper to break the contract after some experience and just get your CDL and bounce. Getting 120,000 miles will take about 1.5 years almost closer to 2 with the lack of miles dispatched.
