Terrible management - not worth your energy or mental and emotional health - Recensione dipendente - Property Manager presso Hamptons

Terrible management! Very much so if you’re not in the friend group then you’ll never get anywhere and never be listened to. I was treated beyond acceptable and had many things I could go to HR for but my managers told me to leave it and let it blow over. I applied for promotions and was left with no responses or meetings for over 6 months and then I withdrew it because of that and they just ignored it and carried on like nothing happened and I wasn’t chasing them for updates for 6 months! Worked there for years, gave them hours of overtime that they didn’t pay me for either!!! I was working from 6am - 11pm some days during Covid and my managers knew it because I had to report it. I explained it all because they refused to bring people back so there was like 2 of us doing 20+ people’s work doing overtime that they knew about allowed without paying us or giving any form of compensation at all. Not even an extra holiday day or anything. Honestly, they will take and never give. It’s not worth your energy or mental and emotional health
