      Working at Hand & Associates for the last 3 years has been full of growth and learning opportunities. The company is small but mighty. Each employee has the opportunity for impact and value-add. The CEO is not a micro-manager and trusts his employees to get the job done. The working environment is professional and flexible. The client list is full of exciting companies with a broad reach from non-profit to Fortune 500. The team at H&A likes to have fun and work hard. It's been very rewarding to provide outplacement and Executive Coaching for employees around the world.

      Great and nice people, network and experience is invaluable. CEO is very experienced. You work with the highest executive networks in the country. Work is mostly remote and occasional travel expenses are covered. Very laidback attitude for socializing, although the work ethic is very strong. You learn a lot about what it is like to support C-Suite and marketing as well. Hours are good and employee events are fun.

      Structure isn't great, and you are on your own with a lot of the tasks. Not much room for promotion, and the normal cons of a commission-based job. You are also starting as a contractor, so no benefits.
