I'd recommend speaking to your Personal Manager about opportunities to listen in on client calls or prospect calls. Another way to gain exposure to other aspects of the business is to connect with colleagues in other departments through our various affinity groups. This will allow you to expand your social network and also expand your professional exposure outside of your current work.
