CEO is easily the worst I’ve ever had. She wants to control everyone and everything.
PTO is “unlimited” but she guilts you for taking off too much time and makes you work while on vacation. There is absolutely no down time.
Leadership team follows everything she says and they have no voices of their own. This goes for the rest of the team as well since they’re too scared to ever say how they really feel.
Don’t plan on getting paid what you’re worth. You will be worked to death and get a measly raise every year if you’re lucky.
DO NOT SIGN THE NONCOMPETE. It is an absolute joke and prevents you from working almost anywhere in the state. It is the only reason why people stay trapped working there.
CEO plays favorites and only helps those that she likes.
If you’re not young and white don’t bother applying. There is no diversity on the team.
There is no forward movement just promises of things to come but never any promotions, career advancements, or better pay.
Tout values and a great culture. It’s all a facade to make them seem great. Run. Run far far away.
