I joined Haptik with a lot of enthusiasm and expectations, hoping to be part of an innovative and AI-driven organization. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a deeply ingrained culture of favoritism, lack of accountability, and poor leadership behavior that undermines employee morale. Cons: Leadership culture is dominated by a small clique that prioritizes personal interests over fairness and transparency. HR and Admin functions operate with favoritism and limited employee support. Feedback and concerns are often ignored or dismissed. Performance management feels pre-decided — employees rarely receive genuine recognition, while certain individuals are celebrated regardless of contribution. Work-life balance is not respected; personal boundaries are often overlooked. Internal systems and processes are highly manual, which contrasts with the company’s external messaging about automation and innovation. Grievance and POSH mechanisms exist in theory, but employees don’t feel safe or heard when raising issues. Hiring and promotions often lack transparency and seem influenced by internal biases.
