First off, people can make or break an organization and I think the team at Harness is one of the best I have worked with. The people who lead are fully dedicated to the success of their team and the company. That trickles down to the people they hire, smart knowledgeable and dedicated. It is a fast-growing company with lots of opportunity for career growth. Be warned, there is a lot to learn and absorbed but it is well worth it.

Not so much of a con, but something to be fully aware of is the dedication needed for a fast-growing start-up. If you are looking for an 8-5 or 5 hour workday where you can slip by - this is not the place. That being said, if you need to adjust your schedule for personal reasons you are more than able to.
