Fast paced, inspiring leadership, great teammates - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso Harness

First of all, the company has built a great team of people who helps and support each other. I joined this year and work in CD engineering. I was new to the domain but got help from everyone in the team to be on boarded quickly. This is a fast paced startup in the unicorn club and so I was ready to put the extra effort needed. It's been 5 months and I'm enjoying the journey (minus working from home). The tech stack is exciting and I feel satisfied when my hard work is paid off seeing large brand name customers use the features I developed. A lot of freedom once a feature is assigned and the sprint starts - no poking around by my managers everyday other than giving update or asking for help in the daily stand up meetings. The executive leadership team is very transparent - they announce promptions openly in all hands and not silently promote people without telling everyone which is common in Bangalore companies. I will update after I complete one year but it's been great so far.
