Your work is values here, managers make sure to give credit where it is due and appreciate the work done. Ownership is valued here more than anything else, hence there is no micromanagement. This definitely depends on the team that you're working in as is the case with any other company. - Flexible work hours. Keeping in line with the above point, as long as you're taking ownership and responsibility for your work, there's no fixed timings that you're supposed to work in. That being said, it's a collaborative work environment, with multiple time zones and we all respect each other's work timings and make sure to set meetings within reasonable hours. - Management is sensitive towards employees and their concerns. Various initiatives to keep employees engaged and keep the culture alive during the COVID time.

- Because of cross timezone work, there are some late night meetings. But most teams have worked on solving this issue and have come up with meeting hours together.
