It's a startup and you''re often trying to figure out things on your own having to wear multiple hats. Management has been great. I am given trust, autonomy, and help when I ask for it. Leadership is outstanding as well with how they have reacted recently to covid impacts such as additional time off and reimbursement for wfh essentials. And the people team are great at just creating a fun work environment overall with all the events.
