Remote work was not ideal because the people were so great

- Team of fun, helpful, competent people who are passionate about what we are building - Customer centric focus throughout the company that shows up in the product and approach to customer service - Culture of providing autonomy to achieve goals without micromanagement and supportive team to help you achieve those goals - Healthy expectations around work/life balance that are increasingly rare to find in the tech/startup space - A leadership team that makes decisions based on facts and reasoning over intuition and emotion - Great benefits (401K, employee stock early exercise and promissory program) - Has built a strong culture across geographies in a mostly remote environment

As it is with any startup, not every process is built out the way it would be at a much larger company. Things move quickly here, which is great for some but may feel too fast for others.
