I was taken in by Harnham as a fresh college grad... they filled my head with false hope and nonsense. They blame recruiters that aren't as successful as some on lack of motivation and an unwillingness to work hard. News flash. If a whole team is doing poorly maybe take a look at management. They say that they have a British management style that is "direct" but never mean. However, when people come crying out of meetings on a regular basis it is clear that that's not the case. You are either Micromanaged or neglected.... and special treatment is always given to favorites while the rest are left to fight for themselves and be overly criticized.
