Toxic work environment. CEO fosters a work environment of fear and mistrust. administrative staff cannot be trusted. If you attempt to implement changes they do not like they will challenge you and begin reporting lies to CEO to undermine your position. This company does not care about the patients. Any attempt at improving their well-being is met with resistance. One staff receives kickbacks from room and board operators to house patients despite the deplorable living conditions . When this was brought to the CEO-she ignored the facts despite providing evidence. This staff still works at the company.
