      Still has core value of taking care of the customer. Also, for a small company the pay is very well in comparison to others.

      Very far behind with technology. The company still has "Good old boy" methods that shines through with promotions. Schedules for management need work.

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
