Being a good-looking blonde woman is a fast-track to upper management even if you have the worst personality or have absolutely no idea how to do your job. --Store management will never, ever take the side of an employee against a manager unless you somehow have immaculate evidence that even Batman couldn't find a flaw with. --Many store managers are far more absorbed in their own bonuses and advancement in the company than anything else at all dealing with their own store, company, or employees.
