Unreasonable expectations to stay longer than shift scheduled Management doesn't seem to be proactive on hiring needs Hours are CONSTANTLY being cut despite over all being more profitable Too many upper management not understanding its people who run their business not robots. INTERNAL MANAGEMENT GETS SHORT ENDED PAY RATES Externally recruited management roles are paid MUCH better than internal. Insurance plans are atrocious. very expensive with HIGH copays and deductibles
